Raheja Akshara in Aranya City is our endeavour to participate & collaborate with Haryana Government’s initiative of Affordable Housing under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY), 2015. The Government under this scheme aims at developing 2 Lakh affordable housing units in low and medium potential cities within the State by 2022. One can avail interest subsidy of up to 6.5% under PMAY on the construction of flats on these plots.
